I’m Suman Narayan—i am basically a Software Engineer and a Playback Singer by passion, but above all, I’m deeply committed to wellness and natural self-care. That passion led me to build ventures close to my heart— Moga, a Face Yoga Studio, and Soaponic, a brand where we offer handcrafted, natural skin and hair care products. I’m also an internationally certified Face Yoga trainer, and over the past few years, I’ve trained more than 130+ clients and conducted 23+ workshops both online and offline. At Moga, our mission is to help people reconnect with themselves—through time-tested, natural more holistic practices. We offer personalized(1 to 1 programs) and group Face Yoga sessions, where once can learn and practice exercises for face based on their concern(some of the most common concern which we work on are dark circles, double chin, face fat reduction, sinus issues, migrains, face paralysis, posture correction, lymphatic drainage and many more. Also, we offer 1 week personalized Skin Detox Program, which helps our clients reset their skin and face health naturally.
