Over the years, he has gained expertise in project finance, financial analysis, investment strategy and appraisal, operations strategy and planning, capacity building and financial due diligence. His recent focus has been more on financing policy advocacy for clean energy transition, identifying issues in the infrastructure financing sector, and providing recommendations to increase private sector participation towards in the infrastructure financing space. Haider has done detailed analysis of various infrastructure financing instruments like IDF-NBFC, InvIT, and Structured Bonds along with infrastructure financing mechanisms prevailing in India and global market. He was associated with a US-based private bank as an offshore Investment Banking analyst covering the Real Estate sector.
