With over a decade of experience in career services and talent acquisition, I am passionate about helping learners and employers achieve their goals through QuickStart's online bootcamps in Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Software Engineering, and AI/ML. As the Director of Career Services, I provide guidance and tailored coaching to our bootcamp program learners, as well as help our employer partners build their talent pipelines with highly capable, high-potential candidates that can help solve their problems. I also lead the organizational strategy for Career Readiness and strive to build employer engagement programs and expand our partnerships in the marketplace. I leverage my skills in workshop facilitation, process improvement, and job search strategy to deliver effective and engaging career services that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and global learners and employers. My reward is seeing the success stories of our learners and employers and knowing that I have contributed to their growth and development.
