My previous role involved effecting transformational excellence in Higher Education management. The ethos of the Indian Navy coupled with the insights garnered into the functioning of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) during my time at IIT, Madras and IIM, Indore have shaped me into the person I am today. As the Associate Dean - Career Services & External Relations, and Head, GCGC at GITAM University, my team and I equipped the student community to explore high-quality opportunities across a broad spectrum of careers. — A strategic initiative that doesn’t limit itself to merely student placements but expands its boundaries to accommodate the entire range of students’ career aspirations—GCGC is just one of the many innovative projects I’ve personally led to achieve the ultimate goal—to reform graduate education through incremental changes. — External Relations focuses on our external stakeholders including the Corporate, Alumni & HEIs of eminence to coordinate our outreach and engagement efforts to have meaningful outcomes. Life has taught me to seek out unique experiences, and when I’m not trekking to the Everest Base Camp or bungee jumping in Rishikesh, I love interacting with young minds, making brunch, reading a Dan Brown novel, or solving the latest Wordle.
