Hello there, I’m Guru. Product designer simplifying complex information systems into inclusive human-centric experiences. I design experiences across Digital Engagement, Omni-Channel, and Service Cloud Voice at Salesforce. Through collaboration and relationship design, I deliver scalable products with a strong foundation in design systems and rapid interactive prototyping. At work, I advocate for accessibility, internationalization, and user and industry data-informed decision-making in our design processes. In 2021, I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction. Here, I learned about the importance of user research and participatory design by collaborating with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Georgia Aquarium, and Google on sponsored projects. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on projects in the fields of robotics, healthcare, and community-supported agriculture.
