I've built my career by repeatedly interviewing, earning multiple offers, and successfully transitioning across most competitive technology companies, including Meta (twice), Tesla, and Amazon/Zoox. I've also served as an interviewer and helped train interviewers, giving me perspective from both sides of the hiring table.

That combination gives me a unique understanding of what different companies evaluate, how interview expectations differ, and how to position the same experience in a way that resonates with different interviewers.
