Devanshu Gupta is an advocate and consultant specializing in cyber law, data governance, public policy, competition/antitrust law, merger control, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. An alumnus of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, he currently serves as a Legal Consultant in the Cyber Law and Data Governance Division of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. Previously, he worked with Shri Dhanendra Kumar, IAS, former Chairperson of the Competition Commission of India (CCI), and Dentons Link Legal, New Delhi, advising on competition/anti-trust law, merger control, and regulatory matters. He has also contributed to reports of the International Competition Network (ICN) on cartel enforcement. Devanshu has published research in the Review of Industrial Organization (Springer Nature) and co-authored leading legal commentaries, including S.M. Dugar's Commentary on Competition Law, M.C. Bhandari's Guide to Company Law Procedures (LexisNexis), etc.
