This is a free-flowing session where we focus on your child and your current struggles.

You can share whatever you’re dealing with —

1. Not eating meals / skipping meals
2. Very limited variety
3. Mealtime battles / distractions
4. Only wanting specific foods
5. Refusing to self-feed
6. Reliant on milk / snacks

I’ll listen, ask the right questions, and go deeper to understand what’s really causing it.

From there, I’ll guide you with simple, realistic strategies you can start using right away - no pressure, no force-feeding

Some Points about the Sessions:

1. Please make sure your child is not around during the session.
2. Slots are for 1 hour.
3. Wait time = 15 mins and after that, the session stands cancelled.
4. Session amount cannot be refunded but can be adjusted anytime in future if informed in advance.
5. Kindly find a place with good internet for seamless interaction.
6. Keep and pen and paper handy.
