Currently a Program Manager for a European logistics provider, leading project management for various initiatives for last mile delivery clients including food and grocery delivery. This includes strategic product development, fleet performance optimisation, order cancellation and customer support. As a project manager, have expertise in entire lifecycle of a project - scoping, resourcing, kickoff, execution and monitoring. This involves impact sizing and resource allocation to define project roadmaps, milestones, rollout plans and timelines. Additionally, leading regular progress update and communication with company and client senior leadership by working with internal and external stakeholders. I have extensively worked end-to-end on various strategic projects in high growth tech companies. From digging data to discovering problems and finding solutions, by driving product level changes and go to market (GTM) initiatives. I lead internal and external stakeholder management while working to improve operational metrics and overall customer experience. I’ve also had experience leading fraud control, courier support process optimisation, courier app strategy and fintech partnerships for online food delivery and logistics across 12 countries in APAC.
