I believe in ABC (Always Be Cultivating) philosophy by thinking of recruitment as a sales process. If you want A-players on your team, your company must spend as much time and effort attracting and retaining employees as it does on finding and keeping customers. I also believe that Talent Acquisition should be run like a marketing campaign for a product. A candidate's entire journey from the time they see your ad until they join your company says a lot about the brand. I do not believe in yearly performance appraisals. It doesn't work! What works is constant feedback, team building, and focussing on leadership skills. You see a problem and you work on it. Do not wait for a year to appraise. I help build teams and strengthen coordination, teamwork, cross-functionality, and process mapping. Everything got to be practical and effective otherwise it's of no use. Am a technology geek. Always curious to learn what's new! I believe technology helps optimize processes and business growth. I have worked on various HRMS software implementations like SAP, Oracle and other interesting cloud-based platforms. Customized modules, heavily worked on the data, designed reports to find interesting information. I had a life-turning moment when a few years back my son lost his Father to depression. The pain and grief made me think about what I do for humanity and break the stigma around mental health, and that's when I started my journey, and today I am a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and Licensed Hypnotherapist. I support individuals and organizations to deal with various issues around mental health and understand their full potential. They say that neurons that fire together, wire together… My thoughts are wired to help people in need and actions fired to contribute “my bit” to humanity. My biggest achievement so far - is coaching and guiding professionals and top Executives to succeed in interviews and careers. On the Mental Health front, saved 13 suicidal cases with my unique therapeutic intervention.
