Sai Yatin is an Analyst at Deloitte USI in NetSuite Practice of Customer & Marketing business unit. He is currently working with the ERP tool NetSuite. He is one of the recipients of the Spot award in Deloitte with in the 6 months of joining as a campus hire. He has worked with a startup EdYoda during his final year of college as operations associate/program manager (internal designation). He is very fond of building startup, formulating the standard procedures, driving the initiatives. As a part of his 9 month journey at EdYoda which started with a 3 month internship and getting a pre placement offer based on his performance even before the completion of degree, he hired 25+ instructors', 15+ Teaching assistants, Reduced costs by 9.8%, spearheaded the teaching assistant initiative, managed learning programs with 2300+ learners, achieved the KPIs , identified as remarkable performer of the firm twice, led collaborations with other firms to formulate a module and execute it.
