About me

Early-stage startups don’t struggle because founders lack ideas. They struggle because thinking is scattered, assumptions are untested, and it’s unclear what actually matters. I work with first-time founders to bring clarity to their startup thinking - using first principles, real operating experience across industries, and an intuitive ability to quickly understand what’s really going on in a business. In our sessions, we break down ideas, examine problem–solution fit, align technology with real business outcomes, and look at your startup the way accelerators and early investors do. In many cases, this process also surfaces things founders hadn’t considered - misaligned markets, unclear buyers, or stronger adjacent directions using the same core work. When that happens, we address it honestly and constructively. This is not motivational mentoring or generic advice. It’s structured thinking, practical judgment, and clarity you can act on. If you’re preparing for an accelerator, building your first startup, or feeling stuck despite effort - this work is meant to help you think clearly and move forward with confidence. What I can help with: - Assessing problem–solution fit from first principles - Bringing clarity to early startup ideas and MVPs - Stress-testing ideas the way accelerators and investors do - Using AI as leverage for thinking, analysis, and business clarity - Structuring your business using a clarity-first model canvas - Pitch decks and narratives that make sense, not just look good - Identifying blind spots, weak assumptions, or misalignment - Exploring stronger adjacent directions when the current framing isn’t working What to expect from a session: - Clear, structured discussion - Honest feedback (without being dismissive) - Rapid understanding of your business variables - Focus on decisions and next steps, not theory - No hype, no jargon, no false validation Who this is best for: - First-time founders (students or early professionals) - Pre-MVP or early MVP startups - Accelerator / incubator applicants - Founders who feel something is unclear but can’t pinpoint why Who this is NOT for: - Founders looking only for validation - People seeking shortcuts or insider access - Very late-stage startups needing tactical execution support
