My mission is to revolutionize partnerships, product, and business experiences by harnessing the power of community and ecosystems to drive business solutions (aka community-led growth). I believe the future of innovation and impact is through a community-first approach where businesses can unlock their exponential potential. As the former Director of Community Partnerships (Product and Programs) APAC at Meta, I led a team of regional experts to design, deliver and drive impactful community initiatives, products, and programs that supported Meta's vision of bringing the world closer together. I also forged strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and organizations across the APAC region, driving engagement, awareness, and trust for Meta's community products and platforms. As an advisor, angel investor, director, and entrepreneur, I leverage my extensive network, expertise, and insights to support and mentor diverse and innovative startups, scale ups, social enterprises, and community organizations across APAC in tech (including emerging technologies/web3), women empowerment, and lifelong learning spaces. I am also the co-founder of The Change School, a school for self-empowerment and authentic living, and UNTAM3D, a collective for women+ in the web3 space. Through these ventures, I aim to create inclusive, accessible, and meaningful opportunities for people, organisations and communities to thrive in the changing world.
