I began my career as one of the formative members of the then newly formed Freshworks SDR team which was 6 members strong. Apart from learning the stratagems of outbound, I was fortunate to also make every mistake possible and learn on the fly. This experience groomed my resilience and also helped me mentor around 30 to 40 SDRs over the next 4 years. I progressed onto becoming an Account Executive for the Field-ANZ team, wherein I had the opportunity to understand customer pain-points and drive digital adoption across Retail, Financial Services, Legal and Business Services industries. I was also fortunate to close one of the biggest deals till date in Field ANZ and also one of the fewest MSP sector deals in the company. Changing my base to the US for my MBA, I embarked on a journey to transition into Corporate Strategy. As a pivotal step in my career, I worked with Visteon as a Business Strategy Intern, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and helped with New Market Entry and Business Development in the Automotive and Power Electronics sector.
