My journey in Talent Acquisition began over 15 years ago at W&W, which led me to get into Deloitte, where I was fortunate to learn and grow as the organization evolved. It also extended me opportunities to manage high-performing teams and develop innovative strategies to meet their fast-paced hiring needs. During my time there, I witnessed the firm grow from 5000 to 60000+ headcount and revenues from USD 26 billion to USD 50 billion, 1 office location and 5 buildings to 6 office locations and 14+ buildings. Talent Acquisition has been an integral part of such growth. I expanded my team size from 3 to 50+ and managed hiring requirements from 300 to 5000+, spreading across 200+ skill sets. A phase I never imagined experiencing when I joined Deloitte. Today, I am proud to be associated with one of Atlantic Canada’s leading Post-Secondary Institutions - NBCC, where we are building the next generation of talent that the Country needs. Here, I’m not just filling roles; I’m shaping futures. My work focuses on identifying individuals who will contribute to our institution and lead the charge in their respective fields.
