I help middle-class Indian husbands and fathers who are working 9 to 9 — providing everything for their family — but slowly becoming strangers inside their own home.
My story:
I started with a small-city mindset. Engineering degree. Any job I could find. Low salary. Don't ask for more. I upskilled. Changed jobs. Moved cities. Built a business. By every visible measure — I was succeeding.
But last Saturday my son asked me to play cricket. I said — after one call. The call ran 3 hours. He was asleep when I finished. The cricket bat was still on the floor. Still waiting. Just like him.
That moment changed everything.
What I coach:
I work with middle-class Indian men — aged 28 to 45 — who want to be present fathers and loving husbands, not just good providers. Using a behaviour-first method built on real life — not theory — I help you build the habits, the mindset, and the daily systems that bring peace back into your home.
