My experience includes 17 years with Microsoft, where I spent 7 years with Microsoft UK and the last 10 years with Microsoft Gulf. I am currently working as a Digital Transformation Solutions Architect at Microsoft, where I work with strategic customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and North America. I have won several awards at Microsoft, including Gold, Champion, Rise, Spark, and more. I have also earned several certifications covering both breadth and depth across Microsoft Technologies. I have a strong background in enterprise solution architecture, solution sales, and delivery. My role is to help customers achieve their digital transformation and innovation goals to fulfil their business objectives. I am responsible for developing a Digital Transformation Strategy, starting with leading an ideation workshop and envisioning customer requirements with business stakeholders, estimation, statement of work, and proposal preparation & presentation to the client to assist the sales process. On the delivery side, my responsibilities include execution of the proposed Digital Transformation Strategy starting with enterprise solution design, technology leadership to the technical team, and oversight of the end-to-end solution delivery.
