Hi there! 👋🏽 I'm a full-time Frontend Engineer at remote.com. Which means I get to work anytime, anywhere with zero meetings. I believe that you shouldn't live to work but instead, the work you do should complement your life. I love to travel, build side projects, productivity hacking, finance & fitness. I also co-founded a startup and gained a lot of valuable experience doing that. Here's a more detailed timeline since college and why I know what I know. 2015 - Standard IT corporate 9-5 job making INR 20k a month with a large education loan to pay off. 2016 - Quit and started a fully-remote company where I was the sole Frontend engineer. Built complex custom web apps with a friend. 2018 - Had to quit my startup because the bank came knocking on my door after I missed out on some loan payments 🏦 2019 - Joined a startup in Bangalore, and honed my craft. 2021 - Missed the remote life so came up with a framework to find high-paying remote jobs and joined Airbase. Cleared all my loans! 💸 2022 - Got an offer from remote.com and now building out the next phase of my life! Cut to today. I have an amazing job, peak physical and mental health, debt-free and have a good amount of savings! Being remote, I love to travel and work from interesting places. Some of my trips included Goa (1 month), Manali (1 month), and Bali (2 months). If it's April when you're reading this, I'm working out of a cafe in Lisbon!
