I have worked in the advertising industry briefly, and in different areas of the IT sector. I have mentored those from other verticals too. I am a keen student of human psychology and the challenges faced by individuals in varied work environments. I have also lived in different countries - and worked with people of diverse cultures. I am a sociable and friendly person, but I will not shy away from stating uncomfortable facts and highlighting blind spots. I can help you manoeuvre through tricky situations with your managers or peers or subordinates.
