I've spent almost 20 years in tech, starting as a developer before moving into product management over a decade ago. Since then I've built market-leading, multi-million ARR products across DevOps, cybersecurity, web content management, and real-time systems. Including Burp Suite at PortSwigger (45,000+ paying customers, 100,000+ in the community) and XebiaLabs' release-automation tools, named a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader two years running. My core strength is customer research and Jobs To Be Done. I love getting underneath what people are really trying to achieve, then working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering to ship products that actually work.
