I build and scale crypto ecosystems, with a focus on DeFi, mini-apps and identity.At Worldcoin / World App, I design and run multi-million-dollar grants and incentive programs that aim to drive real usage (WAU, TVL, retention), not vanity metrics. This includes builder grants, usage-based developer rewards, and co-incentive deals with DeFi and prediction-market protocols.Before World, I worked on governance at Polygon Labs.I care about how incentives, governance and communities interact in practice.
