With over 5 years of experience in the Education and Technology industry, I am an experienced Project Manager (PMP ®) with a proven track record of successfully delivering online learning solutions and spearheading projects from inception to completion. I am currently working at Gem-A, where I am responsible for managing their Online Distance Learning programs and leading the development of an innovative website. In addition to my full-time job, I also work as a freelance consultant, collaborating with prestigious UK Awarding organizations on course development projects. I am keen on further developing my skills and knowledge by learning how to code and exploring the exciting field of Data Science. In my previous roles, I worked as the Education and Content Manager at MyCaptain, where I revitalized courses and achieved outstanding completion rates. I also earned a remarkable NPS score of 68 during my tenure. At Olive Group, I excelled as a Project Manager by forging collaborations with training providers and awarding bodies. My academic background includes a Master's in Engineering for International Development from University College London (UCL).
