Starting out in AI/ML was scary! I only knew C and C++, not Python, but I really wanted to learn. Thanks to Gehna, she cleared my doubts and even taught me some Python right away. You approaching people to talk/discuss/share your knowledge of what you have when they have doubts/clarifications is what I loved. Cause even 5 mins of communicating those doubts with experienced people(like you) and gaining knowledge on them instead of searching for it on Google for the whole day definitely helps!! I’m a Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in industry, specializing in Agentic AI, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision. I recently completed my M.S. in Computer Science from George Washington University, where my research focused on LLM-based agents, responsible AI, and multimodal systems. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Genpact, leading AI initiatives in Computer Vision and Responsible AI, and hold 1 U.S. patent and 2 peer-reviewed publications. I’m passionate about building autonomous, human-aligned AI systems that combine reasoning, personalization, and real-world impact.
