Being a NIFT Alumni I started my professional journey as a Merchandiser in garment exports. I realized there is still a gap between what we study and what we do in industry . To bridge this gap I started my Institute Maxx Academy offering Industry Integrated Programmes related to Apparel Sector. I prepare students as per needs of Industry and help them getting placed. Am a passionate counselor , so instead of limiting it to career counseling only I counsel people on Life Skills based on my life experiences. I help themto be more emotionally balanced and intelligent and prepare to fight life challenges. Am a certified Mind Power Trainer and have expertise in training subconscious mind to achieve success in all areas of life . As a healer I coach people on how to identify their limiting beliefs and empower them with tools and techniques to remove those negative beliefs. As a stress management coach I train people to remove stress from mind and stay mentally and emotionally healthy. Being a certified meditation teacher I empower them with simple techniques and meditations to stay emotionally strong . With the belief that we must give back to the society I involved myself in NGO Dostiiii . It works for the upliftment of women financially and overall development .
