Gayatree Gaikwad-Gulhane, also known as GayatreeG, is a renowned singer and vocalist hailing from the "Patiala Gharana" and "Kirana Gharana" musical traditions. She has achieved recognition as one of the finest artists in the field. Gayatree specializes in various genres of music, including Khyaal, Ghazal, Dadra, Thumri, and Abhang. Gayatree's musical journey began at the age of four when she started receiving Hindustani Classical Vocal lessons from her father, Pt. Suryakant Ji Gaikwad (Sangeet Alankar), and her mother, Smt. Sangeeta Gaikwad (Sangeet Visharad). Her father is a disciple of Pt. Marutrao Dondekar, who was a disciple of Ustad Amir Khan Saheb, Ustab Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, and Ustab Rajab Ali. She gave her first public performance at the age of five in Alandi, Pune, where her talent and sweet voice received appreciation from the audience.
