It was a great session. I truly realised what I didn’t know and where I was getting stuck. This session was an eye-opening one for me and gave me the confidence to take my baby steps into early product management. The way Sagar explained the concepts, processes, and most importantly how to get started (which is often the hardest part) was very clear and to the point. He is extremely well-equipped with relevant frameworks and industry standards. What stood out the most for me was how he addressed blind spots so clearly and broke down the barriers that often hold us back. The way he explained the process and brought clarity to those grey areas is something I really appreciated.
