Field to Career - Become a Job-Ready Development Professional

Field to Career is a practical, career-focused course designed for BSW, MSW and other social-sector students and freshers who want to move beyond classroom knowledge and become confident, job-ready professionals.

Instead of only learning concepts, you will practice the actual work done in development organizations- community engagement, field research, data & M&E, project management, stakeholder engagement, professional communication, reporting and presentations.

You’ll build a practical portfolio of real-world projects and work samples that you can confidently discuss in interviews.

By the end, you will be able to:

• Understand and solve development-sector problems
• Conduct field research, FGD/KII and community assessments
• Work with data, Excel and basic M&E
• Design and manage development projects
• Engage communities, government and other stakeholders
• Write professional reports, emails and presentations
• Build a strong CV and portfolio
• Handle case-based and behavioral interviews
• Articulate your practical skills-even as a fresher
