My story began like many of yours - a B.Tech in CSE from a tier-3 college. During my final year, the job market was brutal. There, I dove headfirst into the world of data analysis, building dashboards, wielding the power of PL/SQL, SQL, Power BI, and Python. My dedication paid off – a promotion within just 9 months! But my ambition soared higher. The market, however, took a turn for the worse. Jobs were scarce, competition fierce. Yet, even in this challenging landscape, I secured offers from over 5 top organizations. After careful consideration, I chose KPMG, where I continue to excel as a Data Analyst. My journey doesn't end there. My passion for helping others ignited a fire within me. I started mentoring individuals, guiding them on their IT career paths. The satisfaction of seeing 57+ students land their first jobs under my mentorship is unparalleled. I don't just help with careers.
