Greetings Folks! I am Gauri, a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a Corporate Strategist and M&A professional. With over 5 years of experience in M&A, Strategy, Corporate Development and Transaction Advisory, I have been involved in 30+ private equity and strategic deals, while advising my clients on deal negotiations and valuation for targets in sectors ranging across consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology - edtech & fintech. Beyond my profession, I am passionate about social impact, driven by a deep-seated desire to make the world a better place. I am currently associated with multiple NGOs focused on education and mentorship.
