Hey, I'm Gaurav. I'm a Lead Engineer at TestMu AI (formerly LambdaTest), where I built Rook, an AI agent that tests AI agents, from scratch and now lead the team taking it to customers. Over 5+ years I've grown from backend engineer to engineering lead, building event-driven systems in Go at BYJU'S and TestMu AI and leading teams along the way. I'm a President's Gold Medalist from IIT Jammu, with an IEEE publication and a pending patent. Outside work, I'm "The Artineer": a Hindustani classical vocalist (Senior Diploma), shayar and sketch artist. I love conversations that open up new perspectives. I can help you with: • Resume and LinkedIn reviews, especially for backend and AI roles • Tech careers: growing from IC to lead, switching roles, interview prep and mock interviews (I sit on hiring panels) • Backend and system design: Go, Kafka, distributed systems • Building with AI agents and AI coding tools • Academics, time management and handling stress And if you just need someone to listen, book a call. I'm always happy to help :)
