1. Launched the world's first prepaid platinum multicurrency program with ING and scaled it to rank #5 in India in just 30 months (#16 when launched). 2. Successfully launched and scaled two digital banks: Airtel, spanning India and Africa, and Dialog under the Axiata Group in Sri Lanka. 3. Achieved a $250 million TPV in '07 as part of the core team managing the largest prepaid business globally at Citibank. 4. Spearheaded the creation of Janalakshmi's pioneering microfinance digitization program, enabling 5 million cards and $2 billion in gross transaction value. 5. Led the 0-1 scale-up of Mastercard processing operations in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and the Maldives, with a $150 million book size. 6. Successfully managed large P&L deals, including Barclays in Africa for 8 markets and HDFC prepaid in India. 7. Took ownership of a $200 million+ P&L for Mastercard acquiring and MPGS business in the GCC, excluding KSA, plus Pakistan. In my last two decades of my career, I take pride in acquiring three key skills: 1. Sales and cold calling expertise gained at Amex. 2. In-depth knowledge of technology and payments processing, which enables me to explain complex tech concepts in simple, understandable language. 3.
