Gaurav is a product management and digital marketing professional. He brings very rich experience of working with legacy, process driven, compliance heavy organisations like ICICI Bank and Tata Play (earlier Tata Sky), and then young startups growing at breakneck speeds like ZEE5, WhiteHat Jr (BYJU'S) and currently OneCard. He brings to the table one of a kind experience of having worked with Bank, DTH, OTT (streaming), Ed-Tech and now Fin-Tech. He has undertaken digital marketing responsibilities in early stages of his career which then transitioned to product management. Throughout his career he has been a part of, or led industry first product capabilities like scanning a QR code through your mobile banking app on your Tata Sky TV screen to recharge it (in 2015, before scanning QR Codes became what it has become), or accessing Tata Sky digitally through a physial dongle, to building full stack in-house Marketing Automation platform to now building full stack in-house digital repayments platform and in-house agentic voice & chat bots for repayments.
