Alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, Gaurav had joined as a Kitchen Management Trainee with Starwood’s Group of Hotels, at Le Meridien, New Delhi. Gaurav has been part of many International Food campaigns and Expos as a part of Le Meridien, and has conceptualized many food concepts for famous brands like The Lalit /New Delhi, Tonino Restaurante` Pastry shop “Dolce Tonino”/Khasra Road, Barista Diner’s, pilot concept in Sector 104 Noida, Kapurthala/ Punjab, C-Scheme-Jaipur/Hyderabad/Chandigarh/Goa K Café- Keventers /Zirakpur, Fat Tiger Diner/Anand, Gujarat, The Eye/Indirapuram. He has overseen many refurbishments and renovations of Individual Bakers and an Industrial scale Bakery production unit in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Gaurav specializes in End to End Project Management along with his team of Chef’s, Interior designers, CAD experts and Graphic Designers. Gaurav creates the initial blueprints of the project and plans the budget and costing.
