With over nine years of work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry, I am a passionate and driven business leader and entrepreneur, who co-founded and currently leads Grizmo, a company that helps other businesses expand their horizons in the Indian market. Before launching Grizmo in August 2022, I was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Anzy Global, a leading provider of technology and engineering solutions. In this role, I built, engaged, and developed a team of high-performing recruiters, set and achieved ambitious hiring goals, and executed plans to improve productivity and efficiency. I also worked closely with business leaders to influence and deliver talent strategies that aligned with the company's objectives and values.
