Phase 2 — Win the interview & offer (Sessions 4–8, scheduled around you)
You can book these at your convenience and paced to your actual interviews - so support lands exactly when you need it most.
5. Progress check & interview foundations - review your pipeline, refine your story, and prep the fundamentals.
6. Mock interview #1 - a realistic run-through with direct, actionable feedback.
7. Mock interview #2 - sharpen weak spots and build real confidence.
8. Offer, negotiation & next steps - handle offers, negotiate salary, and plan your first 90 days.
