My approach has always been simple — fix what’s broken, focus on availability, and scale only what works on the ground. At every stage, I’ve worked with brands that needed more than just oversight — they needed hands-on leadership, strategic clarity, and strong operational systems. I’ve led full P&L across multiple regions, set up distribution engines from scratch, and managed teams that deliver consistently in tough market conditions. I don’t treat strategy as a presentation. For me, it’s in the decisions that control margins, in how we handle trade-offs, in how quickly teams can act, and in what actually moves the numbers. Whether it’s restructuring a zone, setting the right pricing and incentive logic, or cutting system noise — I’ve worked end-to-end, with direct accountability. I’ve helped brands go from early-stage market presence to double digit market share — not with top-down planning, but by fixing everyday gaps. Appointing the right partners. Simplifying product-channel fit. Setting up retailer-level execution that drives repeat. And building scorecards that help people track what matters. Currently at Noise, I lead Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh with full P&L responsibility. It’s one of the most complex and competitive regions in wearable tech. Before this, I was with Bajaj Electricals, Vodafone, HUL, and Wrigley — each role adding a different lens to how I understand markets, teams, and execution systems. To add structure to my business decision-making, I’m currently at IIM Ahmedabad — not to chase a degree, but to sharpen the thinking I’ve built over the last 15 years.
