With over 20 years of experience, I am a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Product Manager in the employee experience product space at Microsoft. Originally from India, I migrated to pursue my Master's in Computer Science, and have since had the privilege of working across a variety of industries, including consulting, retail, telecom, finance, public sector, and technology, in a range of roles. Throughout my career, I have made numerous transitions, moving from development, quality assurance, DevOps, and program management to tech program management and eventually product management. Having worked with both large global operations teams and smaller product teams at major tech companies such as Amazon, Mastercard, and Wolters Kluwer, I have been fortunate to benefit from the guidance of great mentors.
