In just a short time, I moved into the role of Suvidha Salary Accounts Product Manager, where I learned how data, customer insight, and brand strategy intersect to drive growth. Then came my transition to Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm. Here, I entered the world of executive search and leadership development, focusing on the financial services sector. I mapped markets, decoded leadership potential, and worked closely with Partners on CXO and board-level mandates. Every project reinforced one truth: finding the right leader can transform an organisation’s future. Today, I’m channeling that experience into building something meaningful, an endeavour where research, market insight, and genuine client obsession meet.
