A trained Electronics engineer being a R&D Engineer, was not enough for me. I successfully gained Lean, Six Sigma and Decision Making Certifications (Highest Levels) to then transition into Business Transformation role , when things started to feel settled, moved to Europe & within few years was heading up the Lean Six Sigma function for HP worldwide. Again when things started to become easy, transitioned into General management & led the HR Shared Services for EU first for PMI, EMEA for Coca Cola and now have the pleasure of Global Leadership responsibility for Imperial Brands.
