I'm Ganisha, an MBA graduate from HEC Paris (Class of 2024) and Wharton (exchange sem) with over 5 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Private Equity, Investment Banking Operations and Transformation Consulting. I pursued my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Hons.) Electronics and Instrumentation and Master of Science (M.Sc. Hons.) Economics from BITS Pilani, Goa campus, India. I began my career as an intern in the Corporate Analyst Development Program by JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bangalore, India. During my time there, I performed health checks on 200+ live deals, ensuring best-in-class client service by instituting client scorecards across 14 APAC geographies. Later on, I joined UBS as a Financial Analyst in the Asset Management division. Here, I resolved critical data quality issues in the Asset Management Revenue, Assets, and Costs data, and collaborated with cross-border, cross-functional colleagues in the Business, Tech-Operations, and Development teams in the US, UK, Europe, and Singapore. I contributed to three teams - Control Group for Asset Management Reporting, Center of Excellence (Data-Science) for Investment Banking advanced analytics projects, and Pre-Provision Net Revenue (PPNR - US) contributing towards revenue forecasting and quantitative modelling. My contributions earned me the CFO Award in 2021. Apart from my professional experience, I am also passionate about volunteering. I was selected as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Engagement Representative for UBS, where I contributed to organizing Women’s Premier League (cricket, 30+ participants) and coordinated with stakeholders, wrote Quiz questions and managed Quiz contests (150+ participants). I also helped strategize diversity hiring in India offices for 25 teams (1400+ employees) through analytics. Mentoring is another passion of mine. I love to mentor my juniors for jobs and MBA interviews and help them craft their resumes and applications to bring their best on paper. I have coached 25+ undergrad and MBA students, as part of BITSAA International's mentoring initiative, to give back to my alma mater. When I'm not working or mentoring, I love hiking and exploring new and untouched geographical regions. Before my foray into finance and analytics, I worked part-time as a fashion model (2016-2018) for reputed designers in Goa, India and won several state-level pageants during undergrad.
