Ganesha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) currently working at Deloitte in M&A Transaction Services International - Financial Due Diligence (FDD) department. He has also cleared CFA Level I exam with a score above 90th percentile of all candidates. He has 3 years of experience in Audit & Assurance at B S R & Associates LLP (an affiliate firm of KPMG in India). During his tenure at KPMG, he gained wide experience in performing Statutory audits, Group reporting, Limited reviews and Tax audits of large public and private companies (including listed companies) from various industries such as Manufacturing, Renewable energy, Information Technology, Financial services, Pharma, Lifesciences and Healthcare services. He is well versed and has working knowledge of IGAAP, Ind AS and SAs in India. He was also involved in executing agreed upon procedures in group reporting engagements under ISAs and PCAOB standards having presentation frameworks - IFRS and USGAAP, working with teams across the globe.
