In my current role at Flipkart, I serve as the E2E Supply Chain control tower and program leader for 100+ clients of eKart Business, overseeing the delivery of over 8 million marketplace shipments across approximately 15,000 pin codes each month. I actively engage in strategic visioning for Ekart as a 4PL partner and contribute to the ideation and execution of service excellence programs, while also managing day-to-day operational rigor. Notable projects I've led involve managing metrics for E2E Supply Chain (Network, Speed & Reliability) and driving CXO-level cross-functional programs, such as Cost Optimization & Losses in P&L, tech Strategy & implementation. Before my tenure at Flipkart, I served as a Solution Architect/Technology Consultant at EY, where I played a pivotal role as the market lead for Unilever, USA. In this capacity, I spearheaded digital transformation projects in Supply Chain Planning for Aera and Kinaxis. Key achievements included implementing Cognitive Supply Chain Automation to optimize Inventory, Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), Dynamic Network Selection (Logistics), and Warehousing Capacity. These initiatives resulted in significant YoY savings of xM$ for Unilever's North America region. My academic background includes an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (IIM M). Prior to pursuing my MBA, I accumulated over 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, focusing on operations, supply planning, logistics, and procurement. I had an entrepreneurial stint, running a successful manufacturing firm in Maharashtra for over 2 years, specializing in the production of PP bags and catering to major sugar and agricultural firms in the region.
