Ganesh is responsible for, 1. Participate in strategic product research and analysis; know and understand the customers who will be using our products. 2. Create narratives to frame problems and highlight the business value of potential solutions. 3. Conduct design activities to understand the vision, business model, assumptions, and implicit knowledge about user needs and behaviours. 4. Capture specific information from the audience and validate it back to them for acceptance. 5. Conduct user research to understand user needs, mental models, and working contexts. 6. Synthesise the output of stakeholder research and create visualisations that effectively summarise key insights related to user and customer needs and behaviours. 7. Work on fast-paced projects that require attention to detail and work within constrained timelines. 8. Guide effective documentation and communication of design via wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories. 9. Lead the project's UX team and evaluation.
