As a product leader, Gagan has developed expertise in product management leadership and strategy for leading healthcare organizations, driving product operations, and developing client relationships. In his current role, Gagan manages and develops SaaS products at a health-tech organization valued at $4 billion, that uses artificial intelligence to reduce the administrative burden on payers and providers and to improve the quality of care delivered to patients. Originally developed by Olive, the AI/ML product line has now been been acquired by Availity. Through his education and experience, Gagan has supported efforts to optimize how provider and payer services are delivered. During the 14 years of his career in Healthcare, he received the opportunity to manage agile software teams, develop payer and provider SaaS products, and exceed client expectations while increasing product lines and revenue for the organizations that he worked for. As a Product Management leader, Gagan enjoys collaborating with stakeholders including executive leadership, UX, Compliance, Sales, Engineering, QA, Healthcare Administrators, and Clinicians. His drive and excitement to collaborate and learn has contributed to his success at his roles leading product teams at Olive, MediSked, Sniffy, Dentscure, and other companies. Additionally, Gagan has provided consulting services to large scale state and federal healthcare systems, dental DSO's and serves as the Board Advisor to Series A and Series B startups. His areas of expertise include revenue cycle management, building new products, scaling existing products to expand revenue by 10X, Build vs Buy decisions, and collaborating with executive leadership to create large-scale change. Gagan has spoken at major conferences on long term care delivery models, Revenue Cycle in healthcare & dentistry, product management, Healthcare SaaS product development, Value Based Care, EHR/Patient Access, Automation, SDLC Processes, and managing product portfolios. Outside of work, he is a fan of U.S National Parks, sailing, and playing folk music.
