Builder at heart. I regularly tinker with code, continuous learner while building teams, systems, and organizations. I always start by working backward from the customer, focusing on operational excellence, and building distributed systems for scale. I love untangling complex problems at scale e.g. real-time routing for customer service, real-time translations, fast-moving transaction processing, etc. In the last 10 years, this has meant, building teams/organizations grounds-up which build micro/Services oriented architectures on the cloud, primarily AWS or captive. Earlier, I worked as Solution Architect for 12+ years. I have led 10+ multi-year, projects from concept to deployment, ranging from data center workflow solutions, and e-commerce to highly scalable media content properties. I have enabled large-scale workforce optimization systems and continuous data streams. Along the way, mentored and developed high-performing teams during the course. Scaling software systems, both from extensibility and peak load perspectives, interests me. Eventually, I want to be an open-source evangelist and software developer par excellence. I've about 25 years of experience in Software development and prior to that, I worked as Chemical Engineer for about 3 years after my B.Tech in Chemical Technology from HBTI Kanpur. Post that I spent a year at IIT Delhi, understanding software engineering and development from 1998 to 99.
