Hi, I'm Furquan, also known as FTJ—my fascination with the letter "J" dates back to elementary school. Recently, the letter "B" has also become significant for me, especially as it relates to Blockchain technology. I am a Software Developer with over 3 years of experience, specializing in ServiceNow and backend development. Currently, I work at Genpact as a ServiceNow Developer, where I leverage my expertise to develop and maintain efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform. I hold certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). My role involves optimizing workflows, enhancing system integrations, and ensuring seamless functionality across the platform. Previously, I worked at Goldman Sachs as a Java Backend Developer, where I focused on creating and maintaining robust backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. This experience honed my problem-solving skills and deepened my appreciation for backend engineering. Additionally, I gained valuable experience at BlockAudit, a web3.0 auditing company based in the UAE, where I audited over 20 crypto projects. Although my passion for blockchain technology remains, my primary focus has shifted to maximizing the potential of ServiceNow solutions.
