📍Currently part of the Search Quality team at Google, working on the core ranking algorithm. My goal is to make sure that I, along with the other 4B+ users of Search worldwide, can find high-quality content designed for *people*, not for search engines 😉 ⏪ Before that, I worked two years in Amazon, building and deploying ML models on AWS for large customers like Formula 1. Living the consulting world from within was an interesting experience, and seeing the models I worked on making predictions live on TV was definitely a big plus 🏎️ 🌍 Traveling to discover new cultures and their history is my biggest passion, so I made it my 'second job'. I collaborate with WeRoad, an Italian scale-up, to plan and lead group travels around the world in my vacations. Apart from the thrill of exploration, it's a chance to improve my soft skills and leadership in new settings. 🙋‍♂️ I mainly use LinkedIn to find and share interesting content, usually in the world of AI (and LLMs, otherwise nobody cares nowadays).
