I am a generalist. In my career spanning a decade, I founded a creative agency (failed at it), organized my own events (TEDx), worked at one of the fastest-growing creative agencies (Sociowash), headed the Events & Community team at Josh Talks, curated experiences for CRED members, built another service startup and sold it to MyCaptain, and took up a role in their Founder’s Office. This was the event that changed my life. During my two years at MyCaptain, I led Growth and scaled revenue from INR 1.2 crore per month to INR 3.5 crore per month in just seven months. This was while managing finances for the company and helping the founders raise funds for a challenging ed-tech startup. And yet, this still doesn’t cover even 30% of the work I did. This was Founder’s Office for me—I grew both as an individual and as a professional. Now, I help aspirants find their true calling in the Founder’s Office of their dream startups. I do this alongside many of my friends in similar roles across the country. 🚀
