This legal notice is about a cheque that bounced (was not honored by the bank).

1. It is sent to two people who bought some goods and paid with a cheque that couldn’t be processed because there wasn’t enough money in the account.
2. Even though they promised to pay in cash, the cheque still wasn’t honored after trying to deposit it several times.
3. The notice claims that the cheque was knowingly given without enough funds, which is considered fraud. It asks for the full cheque amount and additional fees to be paid within 15 days, or legal action will be taken.
