I've been in sales over the last 8 years: from being the founder of an online clothing business in Italy to working as a seller at an early-stage software startup to working as an SDR & AEs in a medium-size UK corporate organisation to now enabling global sales teams at scale through training, content and coaching services. My current role is that of Global Sales Enablement Manager at GoCardless, whilst my previous role was Head of Sales Training & Enablement at GDS Group. I am an accredited personal and business coach with the International Coaching Federation (300+ hours of professional coaching under my belt) and specialise in using mindfulness-based methodologies to elevate commercial professionals' mental well-being and performance at work and in life.
